Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely reporting to measure event success. Ensure compliance with country regulations, GDPR, SOX, FCPA, and internal quality policies in all event activities. Collaborate with Commercial Leaders and Product Managers to conduct regular event reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
