Job Description Summary Under direct supervision, uses intermediate skills obtained through experience and training to assist Financial Advisors and provide clients with quality service. Follows established procedures to perform routine tasks and receives general guidance and direction to perform a variety of non-routine tasks with limited decision making responsibility. Routine contact with internal and external customers is required to obtain, clarify or provide facts and information. Job Description: Responsibilities: Carry out standard client service activities and handle simple client inquiries. Maintain appointment calendars and reserve meeting rooms, following detailed instructions to arrange business meetings efficiently. Greet clients (on incoming calls or in store) and engage them in conversation to build rapport. Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for parts of routine inquiries. Use standard office software to carry out basic formatting of letters, memoranda, and routine reports.
