HIR - Rental Coordinator Department: Holt Industrial Rentals (HIR): Employment Type: Full Time: Location: HIR - Deer Park: Description: This position is responsible for communicating and supporting customers, sales and operations teams on project details including delivery, service, and/or logistics for all rental projects. While working closely with operations management to coordinate and execute incoming rental projects for the local geography to achieve rental revenue goals for the local branch. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources;3) Participate in ongoing self-development. Essential Functions: - Coordinates rental projects including processing rental quotations, reservations and contracts, delivery and equipment or labor logistics. - Establishes new rental and sales accounts as needed. - Supports local branch operations in equipment service coordination. - Coordinates internal and external delivery trucks and manages customer expectations regarding delivery. - Warm calls on lost and/or dormant...
