Pay Range: £34,000 per annum + £4k bonus Job Description: Reed Screening is seeking a confident and experienced Screening Manager to lead operational delivery within a regulated environment. You will ensure screening decisions are fair, consistent, and compliant, while balancing customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.
