Amentum is seeking a 1st shift Door Technician IV to join our team in Davenport, IA! The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing an advanced level expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and providing preventive maintenance on the facility in a large industrial environment including clean rooms. Must be self-motivated and demonstrate the strong organizational/time management skills needed to be successful in this role. Must have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot industrial facility equipment and systems other equipment as required. Responsibilities: - Typical work schedule is 7:00 am - 3:30 pm hours may vary based on business demand. - Weekend hours may be scheduled to support our 24/7 operation. - Troubleshoots and repairs blowers and fans. - Welding skills a plus. - Troubleshoot and repair overhead doors. - Troubleshoot and repair roll up doors - Troubleshoot and repair gates and gate arms - Conducts preventive maintenance inspections and performs required preventive maintenance actions such as lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, etc. - Communicates noncompliance concerns to ensure corrective actions have taken place. - Performs prev...
