The Corporate Strategy & Business Development Team (CS&BD) The CS&BD team works closely with the Huber CEO & board of directors, as well as portfolio company leadership, to formulate strategic growth priorities, develop business cases, and drive execution of key initiatives. The group is also responsible for all aspects of inorganic growth, including target origination, valuation, due diligence, and negotiation. Over the last several years, the team has led the execution of nearly $3 billion in M&A transactions. Building on this track record, the team is now actively engaged in strategy development and expects to deploy >$1B in additional M&A capital in the near future.
