Your Opportunity, Your Team: - Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Collections, you will be responsible for inbound collection calls of delinquent FlexPay installments and FlexPay Eligibility inquiries. Performs a variety of routine and complex tasks, which includes document processing, data entry and preparing checks for deposit. Where You'll Work: - This role is remote ; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, DE, PA. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA office as needed.
