Job DetailsJob Location: West Salem, WI 54669Job Description The Produce Manager will be responsible for modeling and promoting Hansen’s IGA Market culture by consistently providing “best in class” service to our guests. The main responsibility of the Produce Manager is to oversee production, associates, customer satisfaction and standards for the Produce Department. As a part of the Hansen’s IGA Market leadership team, the Produce Manager must demonstrate accountability, strong team management skills and hands-on involvement, both on the floor and with the team. Duties & Responsibilities: Serve customers in the Produce Department while modeling Hansen’s IGA Market culture and providing “best in class” customer service, which includes, greeting, engaging, delighting and thanking every guest for their business Provide consistent, timely and friendly customer service when answering questions, making suggestions and resolving complaints Manage all areas of the Produce Department, consistently leading by example and applying effective management techniques Ensure that the Produce Department is always full and fresh with the best quality produce Oversee weekly production schedule for fr...
