Position Purpose: To provide each guest with excellent customer service, massages and body treatments. Essential Functions: · Initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner. · Administer expert massage and body treatments for various purposes and needs and in the specific time frame given. · Provide consistent professional treatments as directed in training classes and accepted certification practices · Properly care for equipment and product used · Communicate and describe in an articulate manner the spa offerings · Compare and contrast the different services on the menu · Recommend and up-sell services at the spa facility on property · Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy · Respond to guest requests immediately, accurately, and appropriately · Understand the importance of and committed to continuing education · Works unsupervised for extended period of time · Uphold all protocols for set-up and cleanliness of treatment rooms. · Understand that as a representative of the Spa they will maintain a healthy appearance and a positive attitude · Maintain a clean, safe, stocked and well-organized work area.
