Position Summary: The Commercial Risk team supports Marathon’s Supply and Trading functions. The team adds value by measuring and reporting market risk as it relates to commercial trading and hedging activity as well as by performing financial analysis and reporting. The role is critical to understanding daily trading performance and ensuring the organization is deriving value from its supply and trading operations using deep financial analysis skills coupled with a strong commercial acumen. The team ensures financial results align with market conditions thereby providing an independent oversight of trading performance and ensuring activities remain within defined boundaries set by the company. As part of the team, you will expand your understanding of the oil energy markets.
