Job description

The Carside Server Exceeds Expectations by serving food and beverages to guests while accommodating the guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner following Applebee’s Basic Service Steps and Carside Service Standards. The Carside Server fosters a culture aligned with the TSFR Roadmap, including Our Core Purpose, Vision, Mission and Core Values. Essential Job Functions: Primary Duties: - Greets guests and interacts with every guest to create a friendly upbeat work environment - Familiarize guests with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested - Take guests orders either in person on via phone and input them correctly in the POS - Delivers food and beverages to guests either in their vehicle or in the dining room - Pre bus table, re-stock and re-set working area and sweep to keep it clean and comfortable - Collect payment from customers in a timely manner using the QR code or POS - Completes daily cleaning work tasks and maintains a clean and safe working environment - Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate an enjoyable experience - Check all carside to go orders for accuracy and proper packaging and labels Educational / Experience: - Excellent customer s...
