Location: Colville, WA: Status: Full-Time Offered Wage Range: $21.65- $23.42per/hr. Full Wage Range: $21.65 - $57.73per/hr. Position Summary: Provides administrative, operational, and tenant-support assistance in the management of Agency apartment units across Ferry, Pend Oreille, Stevens, and Lincoln counties. Supports the Property Manager in maintaining compliance with federal and state housing regulations, ensuring efficient property operations, and delivering quality service to residents.
