LOCATION: Albuquerque Adult Rehabilitation Program STATUS: FT/40 hrs/wk (Flex schedule required) MISSION STATEMENT: The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. The ARP Program Coordinator is responsible for all supervision and development of the Rehabilitation program, including partnerships with local agencies, supervision and coordination of staff and volunteers. QUALIFICATIONS: RESPONSIBILITIES: - Preferred: Master’s degree in social work, counseling or psychology - Bachelor’s degree in psychology or counseling required - Experience may substitute for education on a 2:1 ratio - Minimum four years’ experience in residential substance abuse programs - Active Christian who supports The Salvation Army’s religious foundation for recovery - Ability to establish implement working relationships with other local organizations - Must be able to work multiple evenings on a regular weekly basis, and some weekends - Excellent verbal and writt...
