Overview: The Quality Director is accountable for leading and continuously improving business ‑ group ‑ wide quality assurance programmes for Large Megawatt (LMW) generator integration in a high ‑ mix manufacturing environment. This role drives excellence in quality, regulatory compliance and customer experience while reducing total cost of quality. The position partners closely with cross ‑ functional leaders across Operations, Engineering, Field Service, IT, HR and Sales/Marketing to ensure alignment with business and customer expectations.
