Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Partner with hiring managers to develop effective job postings and recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with organizational culture and job requirements. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and hiring workflows for efficiency and compliance. Coordinate and conduct reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding documentation. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions and future organizational needs.
