We are seeking a RN Field Case Manager - Nonskilled Division to join our Ormond Beach, FL office and oversee non-skilled home care services . This is primarily a field position with occasional in office time, as needed to ensure the highest quality of client care. You’ll collaborate with our caregivers, clients, and office team to create meaningful experiences and ensure each individual receives the care they deserve — all while enjoying a healthy work-life balance and a positive, team-oriented environment .
