We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Mobile Crisis Coordinator to join our Community Regional Crisis Response (CR2) team in Northern Virginia. *$2,500 sign-on and retention bonus for FT, new hires* Schedule: (3) 12 hour shifts 9P-9A and (1) 4 hour shift, Sun- Wed Your Role in Our Mission: The CR2 Mobile Crisis Coordinator (MCC) provides immediate, mobile crisis intervention for individuals experiencing mental health crises. This response includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering intensive counseling to stabilize the client and reduce hospitalization risk. The MCC also leads meetings to engage support networks, creates service plans tailored to client needs, and works within a multidisciplinary team for coordinating care.
