Description Pilatus is hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting aircraft production, service operations, and spare parts fulfillment by ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials, components, and services required for operations. In addition, you will convert internal demand into purchase orders, manage supplier confirmations and delivery commitments, monitor open orders, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to mitigate supply chain risks that may impact aircraft production schedules, AOG (Aircraft on Ground) events, or customer deliveries. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: - Processes approved purchase requisitions and generates purchase orders in accordance with company Rules of Authority and procurement procedures - Ensures accurate entry of pricing, delivery dates, quantities, and vendor terms within the ERP system (SAP / Quantum or equivalent) - Obtains and reviews supplier order confirmations to ensure pricing, quantities, and delivery dates match purchase order requirements - Monitors open purchase orders and proac...
