Product Strategy Director

Eidra is expanding in the US market and is seeking an experienced Product Strategy Director to join our product and technology group based in Chicago. You’ll lead product strategy for our clients across the full product lifecycle, from early planning and opportunity framing to launch, optimization, and scale. Your strength is making sense of complexity by spotting patterns, identifying potential, and turning ideas into growth-driving products and programs. This role is for someone who doesn’t live in slides or hide behind process. You know what great looks like in product, commercially, experientially, and technically, and you stay close enough to the work to make sure it ships and performs. You bring clarity without rigidity, structure without ego, and momentum in complex environments. You’ll operate with real autonomy by owning stakeholder relationships, running accounts independently, and helping grow the business through expansion opportunities and new business work.
