As an active member of Koch Commercial team in Europe, y ou’ll work closely with our Paris-based legal team and other team members of the global Koch Commercial teams to draft and negotiate Cloud, professional services, and related contracts, supporting complex IT projects around the world focusing on Southers Europe region. Key Responsibilities - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including Cloud, services, and software licensing agreements - Provide legal support for Infor’s high-value transactions and projects - Advise commercial and business teams on legal and strategic matters - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Koch’s global legal network - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, while applying company risk philosophy.
