Full-Time | Continuing Professional HEO9 | $133,860- $143,239: Location: Bedford Park / Kaurna Country View Position Description: About the Role: This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape and advance Flinders University’s commitment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities and knowledges. The Senior Manager - Office of Indigenous Strategy and Engagement provides strategic leadership in Indigenous engagement and policy, contributing to the development and implementation of the University’s Reconciliation Action Plan, Indigenous strategy, strategic priorities, and Indigenous Student Success initiatives. Overseeing the Office of Indigenous Strategy and Engagement, you will guide a high‑performing team and work in close partnership with the Pro‑Chancellor (Indigenous). You will provide authoritative advice, insight and influence at the most senior levels of the University, contributing to decisions that have lasting impact across policy, culture and practice.
