Description Do you have the talent to do general maintenance work? Good at working with your hands? If so, we would like to talk with you! Gateway Rehabilitation Center (GRC) in Center Township, PA is looking for a Maintenance Technician who will provide general maintenance services. You will be responsible for maintaining the buildings and equipment at the center. Responsibilities: - Completes building preventive maintenance including lighting and plumbing. - Paints areas of the building. - Completes preventive maintenance and repairs of heating and air conditioning systems. - Performs electrical wiring. - Makes any necessary repairs when needed. - Repairs and inspects boilers, pumps, and valves. - Regularly visits Outpatient offices for maintenance needs. - Performs monthly environmental rounds. - Acts as Safety Officer for the building. - Completes preventive maintenance record keeping monthly. - Full aspect of remodeling: hang and finish dry wall; painting; ceiling replacement. - Drives GRC vehicles as necessary.
