JOB SUMMARY: Prepares and cooks meals for customers. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: None: KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Other duties as assigned. - Assists with daily preparations and preparation lists on daily basis. - Cooks foodstuffs in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served. - Prepares produce for service. - Cuts meat. - Follows prescribed sanitary safeguards in handling all food and cleaning all surfaces. - Will abide by all safety requirements as outlined in the Safety Manual or as required by individual departments and/or job functions. EDUCATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
