You have the opportunity to lead governance, financial and investment assurance, and portfolio performance across the Property Development and Divestment portfolio. In this role, you'll: Join the Property Development and Divestment (PDD) team situated in the Property Development and Land Access Branch of the Infrastructure Projects and Engineering Division. Reporting to the Director, Property Development & Divestment, you will lead governance, financial and investment assurance, and portfolio performance across the Property Development and Divestment portfolio. Be responsible for implementing the Management Framework, establishing supporting portfolio processes and procedures, and driving continuous improvement in the assessment, analysis and reporting of portfolio performance. Acting as portfolio custodian, the role ensures opportunities are strategically identified, rigorously assessed, prioritised and progressed to maximise value for government while protecting transport operations.
