JOB SUMMARY: The primaryresponsibility of the Bar Apprentice is to provide excellent service to allguests who approach the bar, keeps the bar area cleaned and stocked at alltimes, and assist the Bartender with various duties. ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS: · Must be willing and able to appear on television orto be filmed while performing day to day job functions · Must be able to interact with high profile guestsand celebrities while maintaining a professional demeanor · Greets and welcomes all guests in a pleasant andprofessional manner. · Be a brand advocate by providing Guests withaccurate information regarding our venues, menus and pricing · Cleansbar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators and other barappliances. · Acknowledges,greets and converses with customers who approach the bar. · Preparesand pours all types of drinks for customers and cocktail servers upon requestproviding they have a Union Pour Card. · Processesall cash transactions by accepting money and making necessary changeaccurately, while presenting customer with bar receipt. · Convertscash to coin for any customers playing the slot machines in the bar area. · Maynot work out of another person’s cash d...
