Department: Company Operations Reports to: General Manager: Qualification Standard: Minimum of six months employment with Applebee’s or obtain a Director of Operations approval. Completes selection process, position training, testing with a minimum score of 95% and a performance evaluation on all FOH positions. Achieved certified training status. Completes in-depth training program successfully and all related projects and assignments. Has successfully demonstrated all required training associated with Management training, ongoing development as outlined by the training department. Specific Functions and Duties: Develops self on all store related technology. - Manages Restaurant Environment - Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines. - Leads overall activities and performance of associates on a shift by shift basis. - Breeds a culture using the Vision / Mission statement to guide Teamwork, Results, Integrity, Passion for Service, Fun, Balance, Innovation and being Guest Driven. - Ensures the immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints to self and staff.
