Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and short-term resolution of issues that negatively affect pharmacy automation performance. This helps maintain a “Steady State” level of pharmacy productivity. 2. Development/Implementation of long-term solutions for ongoing automation Issues, via the use of our Engineering Change Control Process (ECCR). This helps drive incremental improvements to the process, which raise the “Steady State” level of pharmacy productivity over time. 3. Provide guidance, oversight, and implementation support for new vendor-provided automation projects.
