Project Delivery Manager (Major Property Works)

Job description

We are now looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join the South West team. This is a key role where you will lead delivery across a varied portfolio, working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. This is a flexible role with a strong site presence. Your time will be split between attending site, engaging with stakeholders across the region and some working from home. What you will be doing: You will act as the client lead across your projects. You will take ownership of delivery, challenge performance, and ensure consistency across the programme.
