The Regional Director is a critical leadership role within the Food @ Meta Global Team, responsible for overseeing regional operations, managing partner relationships, and ensuring excellence across Meta campuses. This position drives accountability, operational performance, and strategic project execution in partnership with internal teams and external service partners. Responsibilities: Manage Accountability - Ensure team OKRs are met, reporting to Program Managers and Service Partners within the region. - Own Partner SLAs & SOWs - Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) for operations, maintaining site performance standards. - Partner Communication - Manage all communications with partners regarding site performance and operational updates. - Quarterly Business Reviews - Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Service Partners to assess performance and drive improvements. - Stakeholder Accountability - Hold all stakeholders accountable to partner scorecards, SLAs, and any associated bonuses or penalties. - Budget Ownership - Own and manage the region’s operational budgets for the Food @ Meta Global Team. - Project Design & Openings - Lead new pr...
