Supervises and monitors staff on assigned shift to ensure a safe, secure, and productive environment. Leads and counsels staff. May coordinate work schedules and assign duty rosters for assigned shift. Contributes to administration of performance management system for staff. Conducts ongoing inspections to maintain, security, sanitation and good order of the institution. Interacts with management, staff, visitors, inmates, and the public to maintain orderly and secure operations. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver’s License.
