Overview Microsoft AI (MAI) is seeking an experienced Senior Data Privacy & Governance Engineer to help build mission applications and platform components for our personal AI, Copilot systems. We’re looking for someone who possesses technical prowess, a methodical approach to problem-solving, proficiency in distributed systems and a mastery of templating to architect solutions that stand the test of time and who will bring an abundance of positive energy, empathy, and kindness to the team every day, in addition to being highly effective. This role is pivotal in ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and secure data usage across the organization. Our newly formed organization, MAI, is dedicated to advancing Copilot and other consumer AI products and research. The team is responsible for Copilot, Bing, Edge, and generative AI research.
