Job description

Key Responsibilities Support, Operations, and Administration (Primary Focus) Development and Technical Contributions (Secondary Focus) - Provide helpdesk and technical support for internal systems, applications, and users. - Perform data entry and user account management across various systems, including but not limited to AT&T, Office 365, AWS, and other internal platforms. - Assist in troubleshooting system issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary. - Support testing efforts for new features, system updates, and bug fixes to ensure quality and reliability. - Assist with basic security checks and monitoring of web applications, including identifying potential vulnerabilities or irregularities. - Maintain accurate documentation for processes, user guides, and system configurations. - Communicate with internal teams to gather information, provide updates, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently. - Assist in training users on internal tools, systems, and best practices. - Support ongoing maintenance activities, including system updates and operational checks. - Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications and internal tools. - Suppo...
