Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000: This role acts as the co-leader for the Cornerstones of Care K-12 Day Treatment School Program. In addition to ensuring a trauma informed learning environment, this Director leads the development and implementation of rigorous, student-centered instructional programs that meet both academic and social-emotional needs. This role ensures that curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices are equitable and aligned with state standards and individualized education plans. The Director supports and mentors teachers to deliver high-quality instruction within a therapeutic framework. The Director also motivates team members to empower students to achieve academic success while building the skills necessary for lifelong learning and personal growth. The Director of Instructional Services collaborates with education program leaders to integrate therapeutic support into academic programming.
