Finance Operations Assistant Manager Location: London - hybrid 50%: Contract: Permanent: Hours: Full time 35 hours: Purpose of the role: The Finance Operations Assistant Manager supports the delivery of accurate, timely, and well‑controlled financial operations within Group Finance. The role is responsible for key controls and complex balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of financial results across reporting cycles. Combining hands-on delivery with analysis, the role strengthens processes, supports SOx compliance, and contributes to continuous improvement. It also provides cover for the Finance Operations Manager when required and works closely with stakeholders across Finance, the business, and external auditors.
