💰 Pay Range: $152,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually (based on experience and qualifications) - "This role will initially be based in our Needham, MA office. In the Summer of 2026, the position will transition to our Norwood, MA location and will follow our Hybrid Work Schedule** OVERVIEW OF ROLE: The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices related to inventory purchases. This role requires close coordination with vendors, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure proper matching, issue resolution, and accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with strong communication and follow-up skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Invoice Processing and PO Matching - Review, verify, and process high volumes of invoices - Perform 3-way matching (Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice) - Ensure proper coding and entry into the accounting system Discrepancy Resolution: - Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies including pricing, quantity, and receipt variances - Work cross-functionally with various departments to reconcile issues - Maintain detailed documentation o...
