Job Overview: As a Floating Maintenance Technician 2, you will be responsible for completing a variety of hands-on maintenance and repair tasks with a strong emphasis on accountability, quality workmanship, and legendary customer service. This role is focused on executing maintenance work, responding to service requests, and supporting overall property operations. This is a floater position requiring regular travel between multiple communities throughout Washington, primarily supporting properties from Olympia to Burien based on operational needs. You will work closely with onsite teams at each location but will not have supervisory or vendor management responsibilities.
