WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: The Mill Operator performs milling operations for various products at the direction of management. Essential functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. - Transfers product to cleaning bins as needed. - Supervises cleaner operation and addresses minor troubleshooting issues. - Assists with unloading/loading hopper trucks. - Transfers split beans and feed from mill area to holding bins as necessary. - Assists in the bagging room as needed. - Assists in loading/unloading semi-trucks as needed. - Helps guide and train new personnel. - Empties tare bins. - Facilitates mill changeover operations. - Maintains the mill area to remain clean and well organized. - Performs preventative maintenance on milling machi...
