Excellence in Hygiene: You will rigorously apply HACCP hygiene rules and follow 5-star standards. PROFILE: Experience and training: Previous experience in pastry-making in a 5-star hotel and a diploma in pastry-making. Knowledge: Mastery of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
