Your role: The Senior Manager, People Consulting & Insights leads the Advisory Hub in Poland. Working with client senior People (HR) leaders, this role will act as a trusted partner. The role combines deep consulting capability, strong analytical acumen and excellent people leadership to drive evidence‑based improvements to HR strategy, policy and operating effectiveness. The Senior Manager is accountable for the quality, governance and delivery of advisory services, overseeing programmes of work and ensuring insights and recommendations meet the highest professional standards.
