Description Lifestyle Assistant – Full Time & Part Time Option Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | One weekend per month required Location: Santa Marta – A Catholic-based Continuing Care Retirement Community Are you creative, energetic, and passionate about enriching the lives of seniors? Join our team as a Lifestyle Assistant and help bring joy, engagement, and meaning to each day for our residents. What You’ll Do: - Assist in planning, scheduling, and leading daily lifestyle programs that support residents’ intellectual, recreational, occupational, spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being. - Coordinate and participate in community events and activities—from setup to cleanup. - Help plan and decorate for holidays and special occasions. - Prepare, post, and distribute the monthly calendar of events. - Meet with new residents to introduce them to our lifestyle program. - Communicate regularly with residents and families to encourage participation and feedback. - Support the Director of Lifestyle in coordinating wellness programs and leading resident groups. - Accurately record resident participation using a charting database. - Promote a welcoming, engaging, and hosp...
