Description POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Senior Regional Director, you are responsible for the overall performance and revenue of a region consisting of 20-25 club locations. The Senior Regional Director has direct supervision of approximately 4-5 District Managers and reports to the COO. Partner closely with cross-functional Regional Directors and District Managers to create and execute strategic initiatives to increase member retention, revenue/sales, and employee engagement. This is a strategic position that also requires frequent club visits and visibility. Ideal candidates will reside within the region they are assigned to support. The compensation range is $110,000- $120,000 base with bonus options.
