Description Summary : Under the supervision of the Youth Services Supervisor, The Summer Adult Counselor is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Ibero Uplift Summer Program, a youth development initiative designed to provide safe, enriching, and engaging out-of-school time experiences. The program emphasizes social-emotional learning, literacy enrichment, mentorship, service learning, and experiential education. The Adult Counselor ensures a structured, supportive environment where youth feel safe, respected, and empowered. This role includes direct supervision of participants, facilitation support, and active engagement in all program components. This program is a temporary position and will conclude after August 8th after the summer program finishes.
