People & Capability Advisor (12 Month Contract)

We’re looking for a confident HR Generalist who enjoys being close to the business to join our Brisbane team as a People & Capability Advisor on a 12-month parental leave contract. You’ll be the person leaders trust for practical, timely advice — across the full employee lifecycle. That includes employee relations and performance matters, recruitment and retention support, and day-to-day guidance that help our teams do their best work. What you’ll be doing: - You’ll partner with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle support and help create a positive employee experience. - You’ll provide confidential advice to managers and employees, support employee relations matters (including disciplinary and performance management), and contribute to HR projects as needed. - A key part of the role is also providing remuneration and benefits advice and supporting annual remuneration review processes. - You’ll prepare employment communications and letters (for example, parental leave, jury duty and employment confirmations) and assist across the business where required.
