Overview Behavioral Health Associate Pay rate: $18.50 per hr. to $19.50 per hr. Full -Time, On - site position: Benton, Tennessee Schedule: Full - Time, Wednesday - Saturday 2:00pm - 11:00pm Are you empathetic, patient, and committed to empowering adolescents on their journey towards sustainable mental wellness? Embark at Benton is seeking a Life Coach / Behavioral Health Associate to mentor young males (ages 12 - 17) in a residential treatment program !. Given the needs of our program, we strongly encourage male applicants to apply to serve as positive role models for the young men in our care, however we welcome applications from all qualified candidates and are committed to building a diverse team. This hands on role involves significant physical activity and direct engagement in experiential therapies such as art, music, yoga, hiking, fitness, and outdoor adventure therapy.
