Job Description KPMG Australia’s United States Business Practice provides a comprehensive local service supporting US–Australia cross-border accounting, capital markets and finance function needs. We help Australian and US companies navigate complex US GAAP/IFRS, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements across capital markets transactions and M&A activity. We are seeking a Manager to support clients through capital markets transactions, M&A buy-side and sell-side engagements, and carve-outs, with a strong focus on US GAAP/IFRS conversions, US public company readiness and SOX compliance. This role combines deep technical accounting expertise with project leadership and cross-border collaboration.
