Operation Services Limited About the role The Solar O&M Repowering / Projects Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support to the Solar Operations, Repowering, and Projects teams. The role is critical in ensuring the smooth planning, execution, and reporting of repowering and project activities across the portfolio. This position will act as a central point of coordination between internal teams (Operations, Projects, SHEQ, Asset Management) and external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, and clients), ensuring that all activities are well-organised, compliant, and delivered efficiently. What you will do: Project & Repowering Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of repowering and project activities across multiple solar sites. Maintain and track project programmes, milestones, and deliverables. Assist with the mobilisation of sites, including documentation, access planning, and logistics. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works. Track progress of works and highlight risks, delays, or issues to the Projects team.
