Location: South Elmsall, Pontefract Shift: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30: £16.38ph Grade 3 role: Up to £450 uniform allowance: *This position is based on site in South Elmsall Pontefract, interviews will also take place in person. Purpose: Working in the Optimisation team, the WF Resource Validation & Support Analyst is responsible for providing all senior stakeholders with regular and ad hoc reports, aimed mainly at improving cost across NDL. Responsibilities: Initial responsibilities will be to design, build, and maintain high-quality reporting and insights on Health & Safety metrics, enabling informed decision-making, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance across the organisation. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key Health & Safety metrics - Translate business requirements into clear, user-friendly reporting solutions - Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and consistency - Analyse trends and patterns in safety data to identify risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities - Provide actionable insights to H&S leaders and operational teams - Work closely with the Health & Safety team to understand their needs and priorities. - Act as a bridge betwe...
