This position is part-time, as needed. Job Description: Education: Currently licensed as a Laboratory Technician (MLT) by the WVDHHR if working in WV. If not currently licensed in WV, must obtain within 90 days of employment. Has successfully completed certification exam from the ASCP (preferred) or equivalent licensing board. Completion of certification is required within one year of employment, if not previously obtained. Experience: One year laboratory experience preferred. Must have knowledge of general Medical Laboratory Terminology and familiarity with general office equipment and LIS Pathn.
