In-House Counsel (Litigation)

Job description

As an In‑House Counsel (Litigation) , you’ll independently manage a varied litigation caseload with a primary focus on housing disrepair claims , helping the organisation resolve matters effectively while minimising cost, risk and impact on customers. You’ll provide clear, practical and commercially sound legal advice , supporting early resolution wherever possible and working collaboratively with colleagues across the business. Alongside disrepair litigation, you’ll also support wider housing management matters, playing a key role in strengthening compliance, improving processes and reducing future legal risk. This is a senior, influential role where your expertise will shape legal strategy and support positive outcomes for both the organisation and its customers.
