- State Manager – Queensland Role Purpose: - The State Manager plays a critical leadership role in delivering operational excellence, financial performance, and team development across the assigned state. Reporting to the Senior State Manager Team, this role ensures high standards of execution, service delivery, and people leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Leadership - • Lead, coach and develop State Management and field teams to achieve high performance outcomes. - • Ensure all store standards are met and maintained across Vendor Refill and Independent channels. - • Drive operational excellence through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement. - • Ensure store audits are completed regularly, with insights used to drive service improvements. - • Oversee labour planning, scheduling, and resourcing to ensure operational efficiency. - • Work closely with Senior State Manager team, Projects, CRM, and other SMs to support store openings, refurbishments, and new client onboarding. - Financial Management - • Manage state wages and expenses within approved budgets. - • Review and approve timesheets accurately and on time. - • Monitor payroll and financial rep...
